About the role
- Cultivate and manage relationships with hiring managers and agency vendors
- Understand the skills and background required, the impact of the role, and what constitutes an ideal fit
- Ensure a quality pool of candidates for every assigned requisition by using both vendors and self-sourcing strategies
- Manage the full lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including interview and rate negotiation with vendors and close candidates in a timely manner, additionally and proactively managing end date and awareness of extension needs aligned with business needs of manager
- Champion a positive candidate experience and effectively manage candidates throughout the process
- Facilitate required Vendor Management System functionality, to include requisition entry and candidate and contractor lifecycle workflows
- Manage contract extensions for assigned requisitions and client groups
- Administer guidance to contractors and managers for weekly time entry
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3 plus years min of Contingent Workforce program operations (preferred), Staffing/Recruiting, HR program operations and/or Talent Acquisition
- Experience working in software or technology services organizations preferred
- Business English
- Excellent problem solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload
- Successful in working and managing workload independently
- Team Driven
- Vendor Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional level business acumen
- Detailed oriented
- Must be able to manage highly confidential information
