About the role

  • Own Rillet’s technology partnerships strategy and integration roadmap
  • Ruthlessly prioritize an existing ecosystem of 100+ integrations around customer impact, strategic value, and revenue potential
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new product partnerships that expand Rillet’s capabilities and unlock new distribution
  • Design and execute repeatable partner GTM motions that generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
  • Enable Sales and Marketing with clear partner positioning, launch plans, and field-ready playbooks
  • Balance near-term wins with long-term bets, but not lose focus on either
  • Represent Rillet with credibility at events and conferences in the fintech, AI, and Office of the CFO ecosystem

Requirements

  • 5+ years building product and GTM partnerships at a high-growth software company
  • Demonstrated ability to turn technology partnerships into real commercial outcomes
  • Strong cross-functional operator with deep Product and GTM collaboration experience
  • Experience in fintech and/or Office of the CFO technology strongly preferred
  • Background in investing, management consulting, or investment banking is a plus
  • Reputation as a builder who creates momentum and makes things happen
  • Executive presence with partner executives and internal leaders
  • Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month
