- Partner with engineering and technical leadership to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans for software engineering, ML/AI, and engineering leadership.
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent through advanced sourcing techniques and community engagement.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles, coordinating technical interviews, coding assessments, and system design evaluations.
- Serve as a talent partner advising on market trends, compensation benchmarking, and role positioning.
- Remote-first culture with preference for candidates near New York City or San Francisco for in-person collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience (3+ in software engineering, ML/AI, leadership).
- Deep expertise recruiting technical roles across the full stack, from junior engineers to distinguished technical leaders.
- Proven track record of scaling high-performing engineering organizations.
- Strong opinion on hiring best practices with demonstrated examples.
- Experience recruiting across all engineering levels, from junior to Staff Engineers and Engineering Managers.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and community engagement.
- Data-driven approach to influence stakeholders and inform hiring strategy.
