About the role

  • Responsible for the oversight and administration of support and project teams in India
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company objectives for both Support and Professional Services teams.
  • Supervise and mentor managers and staff across both departments, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and improve internal processes and workflows to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery efficiency.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics for both teams, using data analysis to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Oversee budget planning, financial reports, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and ensure appropriate staffing levels for client needs.
  • Ensure the delivery of world-class customer service and high-quality project execution, managing client relationships and addressing issues effectively.
  • Liaise with other departments internally to ensure seamless communication, alignment of initiatives, and a unified approach to business goals.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required; an MBA or a Master's degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience with 8-10 in leadership positions, with a strong background in managing customer-facing teams in a software or technology environment.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant software and systems (e.g., Professional Services Automation (PSA), Project Management software) and the ability to leverage technology for efficiency.
