About the role
- Oversee all regional operational activities including Order Management, Logistics, Purchasing, and general office operations
- Lead a team of six responsible for accurate order processing and inventory coordination
- Manage domestic and international shipments and vendor relationships
- Maintain effective communication between Sales, Service, Finance, and HQ teams
- Assist Finance and Controlling teams with budget inputs and reconciliation of expenses
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulations and monitor changes in trade regulations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or order management
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional operational teams
- Working knowledge of operational finance, budgeting processes, and basic financial controls
- Solid understanding of supply chain logistics, including international shipping and freight coordination
- Experience with ERP systems (Navision, SAP strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable working with global teams across time zones
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms
