About the role

  • You oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with all safety and company standards.
  • You lead and motivate an interdisciplinary team.
  • You plan and manage event logistics, schedules, and staffing to ensure seamless execution.
  • You approve and monitor project plans, budgets, and deliverables.
  • You maintain RIEDEL’s technical inventory and coordinate project readiness.
  • You review contracts, manage on-site communication, and provide bi-weekly progress reports.
  • You act as the primary liaison between local teams, management, and clients.
  • You identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of site, project, or operations management experience, ideally in live events, broadcasting, or AV production
  • Strong technical background in intercom, radio, audio, and IT systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred but not required
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  • Hands-on mindset and passion for end-to-end project execution
  • Experience in budgeting and resource management
  • Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license
