About the role
- Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with all safety and company standards
- Lead and motivate an interdisciplinary team
- Plan and manage event logistics, schedules, and staffing to ensure seamless execution
- Approve and monitor project plans, budgets, and deliverables
- Maintain RIEDEL’s technical inventory and coordinate project readiness
- Review contracts, manage on-site communication, and provide bi-weekly progress reports
- Act as the primary liaison between local teams, management, and clients
- Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Requirements
- 5+ years of site, project, or operations management experience, ideally in live events, broadcasting, or AV production
- Strong technical background in intercom, radio, audio, and IT systems
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred but not required
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Hands-on mindset and passion for end-to-end project execution
- Experience in budgeting and resource management
- Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Valid driver’s license
