• Develop eye-catching and engaging visual assets for emails, paid ads, direct mail (print), and other marketing collateral
• Uphold our brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
• Work closely with the Senior Content Manager, copywriters, and other marketing team members to align visuals with campaign goals, facilitating design reviews and incorporating feedback
• Occasionally, step into the field to capture photos with an iPhone or other tools to support creative projects
• Prepare high-quality assets for print campaigns, ensuring all designs meet production specs and timelines
• Proactively bring fresh ideas to the table, exploring new styles, layouts, and design trends that align with our brand
