Administrative Assistant

• Greet and direct clients, vendors, job applicants, delivery personnel, and visitors
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages (USPS, FedEx, UPS), including logging and tracking shipments
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms; coordinate catering and meeting logistics
• Maintain office resources through check-out systems
• Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies
• Oversee general kitchen operations, including dishwasher use and appliance cleanliness

• Serve as primary client liaison on projects of significant scale and complexity, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest design standards
• Lead and mentor project teams, including less experienced project managers, interns, and technical staff
• Develop project strategies, fee proposals, contracts, and scope definitions on the firm's most complex housing assignments
• Actively manage budgets, schedules, and project programs from pursuit through construction administration
• Oversee project communications, documentation, and coordination across consultants, contractors, and owner stakeholders
• Contribute to studio leadership conversations and help shape how RFM evolves its housing practice
• Participate in business development: pursuits, interviews, client relationship stewardship, and market positioning. Help identify emerging market opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of the Housing Studio.

Senior Project Manager – Housing, Senior Living

• Build and sustain client relationships
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Hospitality clients across projects of varying scale and complexity
• Guide clients through decisions with clarity, keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned to their goals
• Represent RFM in communications with clients, consultants, contractors, and jurisdictional staff
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and amendments that set projects up for success from the start
• Participate in business development efforts, interviews, and strategic pursuits that strengthen long-term client partnerships.
• Lead projects with financial discipline
• Manage project financial performance across a mixed portfolio, from large complex engagements to concurrent smaller interior scopes
• Develop project workplans, monitor financial performance, forecast resource needs, and maintain healthy project profitability.

Architect

• Lead the technical delivery of healthcare projects of varying size and complexity, from early design through construction administration, balancing design intent, constructability, quality, and client goals
• Drive coordination with structural, MEP, and specialty engineering consultants, resolving conflicts before they reach the field
• Present design and technical solutions directly to clients, GC teams, and AHJs with confidence and clarity
• Interpret and apply applicable codes, including FGI Guidelines, IBC, WAC, and Tribal jurisdictional requirements
• Guide the technical development and quality of Revit models and construction documents, ensuring coordination, constructability, and RFM quality standards
• Build trusted relationships with clients by serving as a technical advisor throughout planning, design, and construction
