About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the technical delivery of healthcare projects of varying size and complexity, from early design through construction administration, balancing design intent, constructability, quality, and client goals
- Drive coordination with structural, MEP, and specialty engineering consultants, resolving conflicts before they reach the field
- Present design and technical solutions directly to clients, GC teams, and AHJs with confidence and clarity
- Interpret and apply applicable codes, including FGI Guidelines, IBC, WAC, and Tribal jurisdictional requirements
- Guide the technical development and quality of Revit models and construction documents, ensuring coordination, constructability, and RFM quality standards
- Build trusted relationships with clients by serving as a technical advisor throughout planning, design, and construction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Licensed architect (any jurisdiction) or actively pursuing licensure with ARE exams in progress
- Professional degree in architecture plus a minimum of seven years of experience, with meaningful time on healthcare projects
- Demonstrated experience leading technical documentation and multidisciplinary coordination using Revit
- Experience coordinating multiple consultants and managing technical decision-making across concurrent project phases
- Fluency in code research and jurisdictional compliance, including FGI Guidelines and the distinctions between state and Tribal regulatory frameworks
- Direct experience managing consultant coordination and jobsite review
- Comfort representing the firm externally, including in client meetings and during construction
