About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the technical delivery of healthcare projects of varying size and complexity, from early design through construction administration, balancing design intent, constructability, quality, and client goals
Drive coordination with structural, MEP, and specialty engineering consultants, resolving conflicts before they reach the field
Present design and technical solutions directly to clients, GC teams, and AHJs with confidence and clarity
Interpret and apply applicable codes, including FGI Guidelines, IBC, WAC, and Tribal jurisdictional requirements
Guide the technical development and quality of Revit models and construction documents, ensuring coordination, constructability, and RFM quality standards
Build trusted relationships with clients by serving as a technical advisor throughout planning, design, and construction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Licensed architect (any jurisdiction) or actively pursuing licensure with ARE exams in progress
Professional degree in architecture plus a minimum of seven years of experience, with meaningful time on healthcare projects
Demonstrated experience leading technical documentation and multidisciplinary coordination using Revit
Experience coordinating multiple consultants and managing technical decision-making across concurrent project phases
Fluency in code research and jurisdictional compliance, including FGI Guidelines and the distinctions between state and Tribal regulatory frameworks
Direct experience managing consultant coordination and jobsite review
Comfort representing the firm externally, including in client meetings and during construction
