About the role

  • The Inside Sales Representative will support regional business growth by qualifying leads, generating pipeline, and enabling Business Development Managers (BDMs) to focus on closing revenue-driving opportunities.
  • Multi-Channel Lead Generation: Execute lead generation activities across various channels including email campaigns, social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), cold calling, and industry events to build a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify both inbound and outbound leads to assess their alignment with our ideal customer profile and ensure they are ready for sales engagement.
  • CRM Management: Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all prospecting activities, lead interactions, and customer data within our CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics & Salesforce).
  • Relationship Nurturing: Develop and nurture relationships with prospects through strategic follow-ups and personalized communication throughout the initial stages of the sales cycle. Identify customer needs, buying intent, and decision-making structure. Support renewals, upsell, and cross-sell motions where applicable. Track KPIs such as lead conversion, meeting booked, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar outbound sales role.
  • Good understanding of sales funnel, lead qualification (BANT/MEDDICC basic).
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify target markets and prospects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in cold calling, email writing, and social outreach.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in SaaS / Software / Construction Tech / AEC industry.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Sales Support.
