About the role
- Management of the production and delivery operations for credit cards, and of the processing and dispatch operations for invoices.
- Management of vendors responsible for card and invoice operations.
- Leadership of an internal team of 6 analysts, promoting development and operational governance.
- Implementation and monitoring of KPIs, controls and operational governance processes.
- Participation in process improvement and automation projects, interfacing with data and tools, without requiring an advanced technical profile.
- Participation in recruitment processes, including case assessments and interviews for new team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience in card operations (embossing and logistics) and invoicing.
- Experience managing vendors/third parties and leading operational teams.
- Ability to structure and strengthen operational governance, with a focus on KPIs and controls.
- Process automation experience is desirable but not a mandatory requirement.
