About the role
- Act as a technical specialist in international logistics operations, focusing on high-complexity and mission-critical shipments (such as special customs regimes and AOG shipments);
- Manage end-to-end logistics flows: from PO issuance, cargo readiness, pickup, consolidation, documentation and booking to final delivery to the end customer;
- Perform strategic follow-up with all links in the logistics chain, ensuring smooth flow, alignment and anticipation of operational risks;
- Validate and standardize critical documents (payment invoice, packing list, shipping invoice, HAWB/HBL), ensuring compliance and process efficiency;
- Maintain and improve operational dashboards (BI), with an analytical focus on failure prevention and continuous improvement;
- Diagnose operational and systemic bottlenecks, proposing structural solutions together with the Team Leader and other stakeholders;
- Support the technical team (analysts) with guidance, templates, best practices and process reviews;
- Represent the technical operation in performance meetings, partner alignments and operational forums;
- Ensure precise, technical and transparent communication with all involved areas, ensuring predictability and achievement of KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher;
- Intermediate to advanced English – will be tested;
- Experience in international logistics operations, with strong knowledge of export and import flows;
- Experience with document management and regulatory and operational processes (invoice, packing list, bookings, HAWB/HBL, cargo consolidation, among others);
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools (such as Power BI) and logistics systems – will be tested;
