About the role
- Overseeing and guiding the clinicians and senior clinicians
- Ensuring that all processes related to report processing, triage, alert management and clinical functions are executed efficiently and effectively
- Team management, setting team priorities, reviewing productivity metrics, and identifying roadblocks
- Developing and implementing solutions to enhance team performance
- Serving as the primary point of contact between the clinical team and upper management
- Leading initiatives to streamline clinical processes and improve overall team productivity
- Providing regular updates to Director of Operations and other stakeholders on team performance and operational issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
- Minimum of three years of management experience or leadership capacity post undergraduate degree
- Two plus years of experience managing internal and external communication at high level
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and learning and adapting to operational software
- Minimum of 2 years in operations clinical role with device knowledge
- Minimum of 2 years of client communication and management experience
- Understanding of Salesforce
