About the role
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential customers.
- Attend meetings to collaborate with the Sales team to align strategies and improve lead generation efforts.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
- Conduct thorough research on target companies to identify key decision-makers and tailor outreach efforts.
- Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software and technology sales processes.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
- Experience with technical sales is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in outbound calling and marketing strategies.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- A proactive approach to business development and lead generation.
