• Respond to emails, online chat and phone calls to address customers’ various concerns regarding websites, online orders, billing and in-store experience
• Coordinate and schedule the work of customer service representatives in collaboration with the manager
• Act as a point of contact for customer service representatives, stores, the distribution center and head office
• Ensure teams have the support and assistance necessary to deliver outstanding customer service
• Participate in onboarding and training of new representatives
• Handle customer complaints, questions and concerns related to their in-store experience and manage escalated complaints
• Ensure calls and emails are directed to the appropriate department
• Assist customers with online orders
• Follow up on online orders
• Provide information about products and services
• Improve website conversion by assisting customers via online chat
• Open investigations for lost packages with our shipping partners
• Process online exchanges and returns
• Verify the validity of promotional offer redemptions
• Monitor the quality of site data, promotions and promotional offers
• Maintain clear communication between store operations, the distribution center and the customer service department
• Perform any other tasks related to customer service.
