• Assist the Marketing Director in managing and tracking internal projects
• Help create simple visual content (e.g., social posts, presentations, moodboards)
• Contribute to internal organization, document preparation, and process improvements
• Perform various administrative tasks related to internal marketing and executive support
• Attend some client meetings and take meeting notes
• Prepare follow-ups and tasks to be carried out with the internal team
• Track deadlines and coordinate small marketing tasks as needed
• Communicate information to internal and external team members
• Assist in preparing simple marketing deliverables
• Support the Director with administrative tasks related to account management
• Participate in the internal skills development program
• Demonstrate a continuous eagerness to learn about marketing, design, and digital tools
