Bookkeeper

• Saisie autonome des transactions dans SAGE
• Gestion complète des comptes payables, recevables et des notes de frais.
• Conciliation efficace des factures, bons de commande et rapprochements bancaires.
• Suivi de l’inventaire
• Gestion des portails gouvernementaux : Revenu Québec, ARC, CNESST.
• Déclarations et remises de taxes (TPS/TVQ).
• Préparation et traitement de la paie (incluant déclarations CNESST-CCQ, remboursement aux employés).
• Production hebdomadaire des états des flux de trésorerie.
• Prise en charge des écritures de fin de mois.
• Participation active aux clôtures mensuelles et annuelles.
• Production mensuelle d’états financiers.
• Réponse aux demandes d’information des auditeurs externes.
• Renouvellement des licences et certifications (RBQ, APCHQ, SAAQ, NIR, assurance, etc.)
• Soutien clérical au président.

• Respond to emails, online chat and phone calls to address customer inquiries related to websites, online orders, billing and in-store experience
• Coordinate and schedule the work of customer service representatives in collaboration with the manager
• Serve as a point of contact for customer service representatives, stores, the distribution center and head office
• Ensure teams have the support and assistance needed to deliver outstanding customer service
• Participate in training new representatives
• Handle complaints, questions and concerns regarding customers' in-store experiences and manage escalated complaints
• Ensure calls and emails are routed to the appropriate department
• Assist customers with online orders
• Follow up on online orders
• Provide information about products and services
• Improve website conversion by assisting customers via online chat
• Open investigations for lost packages with our shipping partners
• Process online exchanges and returns
• Ensure the validity of promotional offer terms
• Monitor the quality of website data, promotions and promotional offers

Sales

• Use customized software to establish account parameters, enter orders, generate reports, update pricing and add new items, and create deal tables.
• Manage debit processing and track debits using appropriate documentation.
• Create and maintain BI dashboard reports by extracting data from the CRM system.
• Complete various administrative tasks such as filling out promotional forms, preparing new item presentation forms, processing credit applications, and producing PowerPoint presentations, sell sheets, and contracts.
• Support Key Account Managers with accounts in their portfolio, including budget management and reconciliation.
• Schedule and coordinate customer and brand events and sponsorships throughout the year.
• Manage and ensure timely internal and external communication regarding promotions.
• Monitor account and brand presence in local advertising.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Act as an ambassador for the client, reflecting the company culture in all internal and external communications and interactions.
