About the role

  • Identify and close enterprise-level, $1M+ contracts specifically for multi-site painting, flooring, and interior refresh projects.
  • Target key decision-makers who oversee Capital Expenditures (CapEx) and brand-standard updates.
  • Analyze client portfolios to recommend lifecycle-based refresh programs that protect their assets and enhance customer experience.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of complex projects that involve 50 to 1,000+ sites across North America.
  • Collaborate with estimating teams to provide accurate bids on complex finishes.
  • Serve as the face of BrandPoint at major trade shows, positioning the company as a premier partner for trades.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience winning $1M+ contracts in the facilities, commercial real estate, or construction industries.
  • Fluent in the language of General Contractors and Facility Directors, including lead times, crew scheduling, and the importance of a flawless 'Punch List'.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and persistence required to navigate long sales cycles (6–18 months) typical of large-scale remodel rollouts.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and ability to read floor plans or architectural drawings is a major plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to walk sites with clients, finalize project scopes, and close major deals.
  • Deep knowledge of commercial painting logistics and operational constraints.
  • Familiarity with flooring types and their complexities, including moisture mitigation and logistics of occupied spaces.
  • Understanding light remodels, including fixture installations and minor carpentry.
