• Drive awareness and interest through targeted email outreach, and social engagement
• Engage inbound and outbound leads by providing valuable information and to build long-term trusting relationships.
• Educate and nurture leads on Rhombus products until they are qualified to speak with an Account Executive.
• Identify customer needs, suggesting appropriate solutions effectively.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities across various markets.
• Maintain accurate records and detailed analysis of all lead interactions within the CRM system.
• Share feedback and collaborate with team members and managers to improve processes and best practices.

Operations

• Design, deploy, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure in a multi-cloud environment.
• Plan and execute capacity and scaling improvements to support growth and reliability.
• Identify and implement cloud cost optimizations (rightsizing, reserved capacity, storage lifecycle policies, etc.).
• Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using CloudFormation (and/or Terraform).
• Automate operational workflows using scripting and tooling (Python, Bash, JavaScript, etc.).
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, reducing deployment time and increasing reliability.
• Implement comprehensive observability through logs, metrics, dashboards, and alerting; provide visibility into system performance, reliability, and cost trends.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud architecture, configurations, and procedures.

• Evolve and maintain the Rhombus visual brand identity across channels
• Design high-quality assets across web, product marketing, email, presentations, video, social, print collateral, and events
• Lead visual execution for events and tradeshows, including brochures, signage, booth graphics, swag, and supporting materials
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to develop creative that clearly communicates Rhombus’ value to a wide range of audiences
• Bring our product to life for current and prospective customers through simple, compelling visual storytelling
• Present and articulate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional partners and stakeholders
