About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage full-cycle recruitment for field and corporate positions within the Fixtures & Merchandising Division.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate timely hiring decisions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified installers, merchandisers, and project support personnel nationwide.
Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms.
Support onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Develop recruiting strategies to support rapid project staffing requirements.
Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to management.
Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce needs and forecast hiring demands.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of recruiting experience.
Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
