💰 $160,000 - $220,000 per year
About the role
- Accountable for delivering new capabilities spanning core card and banking capabilities, AP, and expense management, and shaping long-term product vision with enterprise clients.
- Lead the 0 → 1 build-out of new product capabilities and services, including introducing new vendor relationships and developing net-new workflows.
- Drive on-time delivery of milestones across core card capabilities, AP, and expense management.
- Act as the product glue between Rho’s engineering/design teams and partners’ stakeholders, ensuring alignment and cohesion across parallel workstreams.
- Present progress, escalate blockers, and align roadmap priorities in executive-level forums and detailed working sessions.
- Inspire and align the broad integration team to deliver high-quality outcomes without direct management authority.
- Report directly to Rho’s Head of Product and may hire a product team member.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, including senior-level ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder roadmaps.
- Background in fintech, payments, or enterprise-scale financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-org integrations, joint ventures, or 0 → 1 product builds.
- Technically fluent: able to credibly engage on APIs, architecture, and platform tradeoffs.
- Skilled at operating in both executive-level forums and detailed working sessions.
- Proven experience influencing large cross-functional teams through leadership and alignment rather than direct management.
- Thrives in high-ambiguity, high-accountability environments.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% (about one week per month).
- Willing and able to work from local office 5 days/week (application requires).
