About the role
- Partner with Sales on late-stage deals — leading technical discovery, scoping implementation complexity, and building Statements of Work that set accurate expectations before close
- Own end-to-end technical setup for new partner onboardings, including PMS integrations, property configuration, and coordination with internal teams
- Drive operational readiness across the partner’s leasing flow, systems configuration, and move-out and claims processes
- Monitor adoption post-launch, triage issues quickly, and support the AM with performance data through the early-life period
- Run multiple implementations simultaneously, maintain clear project tracking, and escalate risks before they become delays
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B implementation, onboarding, or technical project management — ideally at a SaaS, proptech, or fintech company
- Familiarity with property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata) or similar enterprise integrations is a strong plus
- Strong project management fundamentals: you can run multiple simultaneous workstreams, hold partners to deadlines, and know when to escalate
- Clear, direct communicator — able to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders and manage up, down, and laterally across partner organizations
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes; you’re someone who improves the playbook, not just follows it
- Experience working with external stakeholders at multiple seniority levels (IT administrators, operations directors, VPs)
- Comfort with AI and automation as core infrastructure. You've actually used AI tools in your work or built something yourself.
