• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles, guiding candidates and stakeholders through each stage with clarity and efficiency
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, success profiles, and team needs
• Proactively source and screen talent using diverse methods to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Support coordination activities, ensuring interviews, assessments, and communications are smooth and timely
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience by continuously improving processes and coaching stakeholders on best practices
• Stay current on market trends, sourcing innovations, and recruitment best practices, bringing forward new ideas and tools
• Maintain and manage relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors as needed
• Contribute to broader People Team initiatives and ad-hoc projects that support company growth and culture

Recruiting Lead

Account Manager

• Manage the entire partner lifecycle, from initial onboarding
• Continuously engage with partners to identify and implement strategies for successful growth and expansion with Rhino, consistently providing added value.
• Act as a strong advocate for partners, nurturing and strengthening their relationship with Rhino+Jetty.
• Grow the Rhino+Jetty footprint with each partner through expansion and adoption of products.
• Conduct virtual platform training and live product demonstrations for partners.
• Provide comprehensive support by addressing platform functionality queries.
• Create and enhance training materials and documentation to highlight new product features and educational resources.
• Drive partner adoption by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring the achievement of success metrics.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, taking full ownership of the partner experience.
• Execute partner support tasks, including user management and report generation.
• Contribute to the collection of client feedback and the definition of best practices and processes.
• Share valuable client insights with relevant internal teams to improve the overall partner experience and maximize value across their portfolio.
• Meet and exceed partner success metrics related to adoption, portfolio penetration, and growth.

Senior Account Manager

Platform Engineer

• Design and build internal developer platforms that provide self-service access to infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and common services
• Lead cross-functional platform initiatives that reduce toil, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve developer productivity across the organization
• Establish platform standards and best practices for observability, release management, security controls, and incident response
• Build and evolve cloud-native architectures with emphasis on scalability, reliability, and operational simplicity
• Mentor engineers on distributed system design, infrastructure-as-code practices, and reliability engineering principles
• Drive capacity planning and performance optimization to ensure platforms remain scalable, fault-tolerant, and cost-effective
• Stay current with technology trends and evaluate new tools and patterns that could improve our platform capabilities and developer experience
