About the role
- Provide crisis assessment, triage, and emergency care at Behavioral Health Urgent Care
- Complete crisis assessments and IVC first evaluations
- Provide clinical recommendations and case management
- Demonstrate de-escalation skills and solution-focused approach
- Ensure safety and well-being of each patient and maintain therapeutic environment
- Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide high level patient care
- Offer crisis stabilization and services for individuals seeking immediate behavioral health assessment and support
- Work scheduled 3 - 12 hour shifts (nights/weekends shift differential)
Requirements
- Preferred experience: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LCAS, or relevant associate level license
- Crisis experience required
- Valid driver’s license and automotive insurance required (if providing transportation)
- Pre-employment screening: complete criminal background, name checked in registries (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
- Drug testing required
- Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements
- Proof of employment history or references (if required)
