Substance Use Therapist – SAIOP, LCAS, LCAS-A

Analyst

• The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides clinical oversight, assessment, and consultation in the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized behavior support plans for individuals served in RHA’s Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) programs.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses through observation, data collection, and interviews to identify causes and maintaining factors of challenging behaviors.
• Develop, review, and revise Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) in accordance with state IDD regulations and RHA policies.
• Ensure plans are person-centered, evidence-based, and designed to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Obtain appropriate consent and approvals for all BSPs, including from the person supported, legal representatives, professional team, Human Rights Committee, Administrators, and/or Quality Assurance.
• Monitor the effectiveness of BSPs through ongoing data collection, analysis, and progress reviews.
• Adjust interventions as needed to improve outcomes and ensure continued effectiveness.
• Conduct fidelity checks and direct observations to ensure consistent and accurate implementation of behavioral interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatry, nursing, neurology, pharmacy, education, and other disciplines, to coordinate integrated care and treatment strategies.
• Provide training, coaching, and modeling for direct support professionals, managers, and clinical staff in behavioral principles and BSP implementation.

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist

Customer Support

• Responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and revision to the Person Centered Plan in conjunction with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Provide community based services to individuals, requiring the use of personal vehicle for transportation.
• Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between the company, parents, guardians, local agencies and the community.
• Minimizing the negative effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence that interfere with the recipient’s daily living and personal development, providing supportive counseling.
• Supporting the client in the development of various skill building activities, including: daily and community living skills, socialization skills, adaptation skills, and behavior and anger management.
• Participating in a first responder on-call system available to consumers and/or his/her natural support network on a 24/7/365 basis; coordinates “first response" resources according to consumer need and the PCP.
• Performing Case Management functions of linking and arranging for services and referrals.
• Working closely with other clinical/professional staff to maintain communication and providing feedback, standardizing procedures and expediting PCP implementation.
• Ensuring that all initial and reauthorizations for services occur in a timely fashion.

• Serves as the primary contact and coordinator of services supporting individuals with Mental Health or Substance Abuse Issues in residential, school, workplace and community settings.
• Coordinates and monitors the array of services and supports identified in each person’s Person Centered Plan.
• These interventions are strength-based and focused on promoting recovery, symptom reduction, increased coping skills, and achievement of the highest level of functioning in the community.
• Supervises and directs the work of others to provide quality services.

Mental Health Therapist – Intensive In-Home Team Lead

• Performing general office duties including: typing documents, forms and spreadsheets, distributing mail, answering office phones and greeting visitors, reviewing work logs to determine where additional clerical support is needed.
• Providing training and technical support to staff, reviewing, approving, and entering all time sheets and expense report submissions.

Administrative Assistant – Mobile Crisis Moores Team

• Uploads paper medical records daily in compliance with required formats.
• Documents releases and disclosures on the Accounting of Release and Disclosure form.
• Generates and reviews reports as needed.
• Accurately enters data related to individuals served, including admissions, discharges, and medical record updates.
• Ensures adherence to billing protocols and required timeframes.
• Completes and maintains service authorization entry for individuals served by RHA as assigned.
• Provides caseload and authorization management reports as required by the Director.
• Answers telephones, greets visitors, and assists customers, including individuals served, providers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Ensures daily deposits are completed, if applicable.
• Oversees and maintains petty cash funds, ensuring proper documentation.
• Manages general building maintenance and orders office supplies.
• Operates and maintains office equipment as needed.
• Participates in committees, unit meetings, and community engagements as required.

Administrative Coordinator

• Provide crisis assessment and referrals for individuals with behavioral health diagnosis or substance use disorders
• Offer crisis stabilization and emergency care in Behavioral Health Urgent Care for mental health or substance use/addiction crisis
• Provide assessments, care and treatments while adhering to RHA's standards of care

• Offer crisis stabilization and services for individuals seeking immediate behavioral health assessment and support
• Work scheduled 3 - 12 hour shifts (nights/weekends shift differential)

Mental Health Therapist, Crisis

• Provide therapeutic services including assessments, crisis intervention, individual, and group therapy to individuals and/or families served including but not limited to adults and children/adolescents.
• Serve individuals and/or families with wide variety of mental health and substance use diagnoses.
• Facilitate relationships and serve as a link between the company, parents, guardians, local agencies and the community.
• Support individuals and/or families with connections to services and referral for holistic treatment.
• Coordinate care and actively engage with internal resources including psychiatry and community support and external bodies including the legal system, families, and social support agencies.
• Work closely with other clinical/professional staff to maintain communication, provide feedback, standardize procedures and expedite treatment implementation.
• Participate in required pre-employment screening and credentialing processes.
