About the role
- Own and lead strategic relationships with assigned suppliers
- Develop multi-year supplier strategies and joint business plans
- Act as primary executive-level interface between RFMW and supplier leadership
- Maintain understanding of market trends and drive new growth opportunities
- Plan and coordinate Quarterly Supplier Business Reviews (QBRs)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Electronics, Technology, or related discipline
- Significant experience (typically 8–12+ years) in supplier management or related fields
- Proven track record of developing senior relationships with suppliers
- Strong understanding of go-to-market models and distributor–supplier dynamics
- Experience leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) or equivalent
