Frontend Engineer

• We are seeking a skilled **Senior Data Analyst** to play a critical role in driving data-driven service delivery and operational excellence through advanced analytics, data modeling and performance insights. In this role, you’ll analyze complex, multimodal healthcare data, and collaborate with clinical, operations and technical teams to design and implement solutions that enhance care delivery and inform strategic decisions across the organization.
• **Key Responsibilities:**
• Data Analysis and Insight Generation
• - Design and execute advanced analyses based upon heterogeneous healthcare data sources (e.g., EHR, claims, eligibility, clinical, and operational).

VP of Engineering

Solutions Engineer

• Architect and deliver complex bi-directional EMR integrations across Epic, Cerner, and Athenahealth for Rezilient's virtual care platform
• Serve as technical lead for full lifecycle interoperability, from patient matching and encounter management to discrete clinical data writebacks
• Manage patient matching and creation workflows via MPI, FHIR Patient Search, HL7 A28/A31
• Design and implement encounter-aware data exchanges ensuring Observations, Conditions, Medications, and other discrete data associate to correct encounters
