• Du leitest ERP-Einführungsprojekte bei mittelständischen Kunden end-to-end
• Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse, identifizierst Optimierungen und übersetzt Anforderungen in saubere ERP-Lösungen
• Du konfigurierst reybex Cloud ERP in den Bereichen Finance, Einkauf, Logistik, Produktion oder E-Commerce (je nach Schwerpunkt)
• Du führst Workshops, Schulungen und Beratungen durch – sowohl remote als auch vor Ort
• Du bist Sparringspartner für Entscheider und leitest Kunden durch die digitale Transformation
• Du arbeitest eng mit Produktentwicklung, Support und Projektmanagement zusammen
• Du stellst eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit und nachhaltige Systemnutzung sicher
• Du begleitest Go-Lives, Hypercare-Phasen und kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung
• Optional: Du bringst deine Expertise in unser Produktmanagement ein, um reybex weiterzuentwickeln

ERP Berater, Consultant

Customer Support

• First point of contact for existing and new customers for all reybex products
• Support of existing customers and responsibility for onboarding new customers
• Handling customer inquiries and providing assistance as part of 1st- and 2nd-level support
• Acting as a liaison between customers, the development team and product management
• Coordinating and conducting webinars and training sessions
• Creating FAQs, documentation and help videos, and optimizing self-service resources

Customer Support Specialist, IT
