About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will drive the scaling of reybex Cloud ERP through strong brand presence, targeted campaigns, and close collaboration with our Channel and Partner teams.
You will sharpen the reybex brand, make it highly visible to the target audience, and ensure reybex is perceived as a leading Cloud ERP solution.
You will develop marketing strategies that enable our partners to successfully market reybex — through co-marketing activities, campaign packages, and scalable materials.
You will plan and manage demand-generation activities: content, events, SEO/SEA, social media, email marketing, and more.
You will work closely with Sales and Channel teams to purposefully open up new markets and segments.
You think in systems: processes, templates, and campaign structures that can grow with us.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a SaaS or ERP environment
Proven track record in brand positioning and performance marketing
Experience in channel or partner marketing is a plus
Hands-on mentality — you know how to execute quickly without sacrificing quality
Confident use of AI tools and the ability to apply them profitably in marketing
Analytical thinking combined with creative drive
Strong communication skills in German and English
