Requirements
- 7-10+ years of demonstrated expertise in Leasing, Strategy, and Investment / Asset Management.
- Strong proficiency in commercial lease negotiations.
- Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team of leasing professionals.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with the brokerage community.
- Leading the execution of lease renewals and working closely with tenants and brokers.
- Developing and implementing leasing and marketing strategies.
- Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating lease-related documentation.
- Actively monitoring market conditions and providing actionable insights.
