  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with the brokerage community.
  • Leading the execution of lease renewals and working closely with tenants and brokers.
  • Developing and implementing leasing and marketing strategies.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating lease-related documentation.
  • Actively monitoring market conditions and providing actionable insights.
