About the role

  • Collaborate with HR team members to support day-to-day initiatives and contribute to a positive, service-oriented team culture enhancing our Total Rewards focus.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
  • Assist with a companywide job description project, including reviewing, updating, organizing, and tracking role documentation for consistency and accuracy.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop job families and career ladders (levels/hierarchy) to support functional and cross-functional training, development, and engagement programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely follow-up.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong interest in human resources management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous internship or experience in HR is a plus.
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university at the time of application and throughout the duration of the internship.
