• Responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition onto our service.
• Understand client property management requirements.
• Complete the initial trust accounting setup.
• Work closely with outsourced Trust Accounting, VO, and Property Management Assistance teams in the Philippines.
• Ensure teams are trained, supported, and ready to deliver high level of ongoing customer service.
• Take ownership of the onboarding process, learn client processes, and make sure outsourced model is understood and embraced.
• Look for opportunities to streamline procedures and add value to clients at every stage.
