• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of your client portfolio, from onboarding through to long-term relationship management and service optimisation
• Act as the primary point of contact for your clients and build trusted relationships
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities, coordinate resources across the operational teams
• Lead the onboarding of new clients and ensure a seamless transition into Rex RealTrust systems
• Conduct regular client meetings, progressing from onboarding check-ins to ongoing relationship reviews
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both the client experience and operational efficiency

Customer Support

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat with clarity, professionalism, and empathy
• Investigate and resolve technical issues by replicating client scenarios and identifying root causes
• Log, manage, and monitor support tickets through to resolution
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams when needed
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and improve help guides and self-service resources
• Capture user feedback and insights to help improve the product
