About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of your client portfolio, from onboarding through to long-term relationship management and service optimisation
Act as the primary point of contact for your clients and build trusted relationships
Proactively identify risks and opportunities, coordinate resources across the operational teams
Lead the onboarding of new clients and ensure a seamless transition into Rex RealTrust systems
Conduct regular client meetings, progressing from onboarding check-ins to ongoing relationship reviews
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance both the client experience and operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated commercial property management experience using Cirrus8
Proven experience in both Commercial Property Management and Trust Accounting
Strong understanding of commercial property operations, trust accounting processes and industry legislation
Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Confidence leading client meetings, presentations and training sessions
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and client portfolios
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving ability
Commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
