Product Designer

• The UX Designer owns end-to-end design across the experiences connecting our 25M+ dining members with 20,000+ partner restaurants, plus the merchant tools restaurants use to connect.
• Translates member behavior, merchant needs, and partner brand standards into intuitive, accessible experiences across consumer and merchant websites and apps.
• This is a hands-on IC role for a Figma-fluent designer who uses AI to move faster without losing craft, and has strong opinions on consumer loyalty and B2B SaaS product experience.
• This designer is our first dedicated UX hire (so an ownership mindset is a must) and will stand up the design system, processes, and standards we rely on going forward – working lean by building on established design-system foundations rather than bespoke work wherever possible.

Senior UX Designer

Support Engineer

• Provide Tier 1 technical support for end users onsite and remotely
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues on Windows and macOS devices
• Assist with new hire onboarding, including device setup, imaging, and account provisioning
• Support Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, printers, and mobile devices
• Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the IT ticketing system
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff while maintaining ownership and follow-up
• Participate in a rotating remote on-call schedule

Support Center Analyst

• Own UX end-to-end for complex consumer and merchant products — discovery through dev handoff and post-launch iteration.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on both a near-term roadmap and a long-term strategic vision, balancing user needs with business, technical, and compliance constraints.
• Plan and run user research — discovery, usability tests, concept tests — and iterate from telemetry and qualitative feedback.
• Translate business goals and user insights into flows, IA, and interaction patterns.
• Own and evolve the design system across consumer and merchant surfaces; building a design-system framework and reserving customer design for genuinely new or distinctive features; raise the quality bar across design, research, and content while streamlining process.
• Present design work, methodology, and value to executive leadership and cross-functional partners; secure buy-in for solution direction.
• Collaborate with Engineering through build and design QA; align in-product experience with Marketing/Lifecycle and partner brand standards.
• Mentor peers, set elevated standards for design quality, and drive knowledge sharing across the org.
• Design to WCAG 2.1 AA by default; fluent in Figma.

UX Designer

Collections

• Own and manage a dedicated book of business, driving swift, professional resolution of high-value accounts while prioritizing workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Drive high-volume outreach and response activity across calls, emails, and other correspondence to secure payments and resolve outstanding accounts.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to execute timely, policy-aligned resolutions to complex account issues.
• Track, process, and document payment resolutions across client accounts with accuracy and urgency.
• Balance competing priorities and stakeholder interests to resolve issues in ways that maximize recovery and protect company investment.
• Manage bankruptcy matters from intake through resolution, including end-to-end flow management, successful recovery efforts handled in-house, and coordination with outside counsel when required.
• Manage litigation files by maintaining organized documentation, tracking status, and ensuring timely follow-up on required actions.
• Consistently deliver against performance targets established by management.
• Record all activity in Salesforce and other company systems, maintaining accurate financial records including accounts receivable reports and related documentation.

Collections Specialist

Product Manager

• Write, refine, and maintain detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for multiple backend engineering teams, ensuring all stories are ready for dev and clearly define the expected business outcome before development begins.
• Partner with the Product Leadership, Product Managers, and internal business stakeholders — including operations, data, and finance teams — to gather, document, and clarify requirements, translating complex business needs into well-scoped development work.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs across three engineering squads, maintaining alignment between short-term delivery commitments and the broader product roadmap.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies across assigned engineering teams, including planning, daily standups, story sizing, retrospectives, and serving as the primary product representative in those sessions.
• Proactively identify and resolve impediments that block engineering progress, including requirements gaps, cross-team dependencies, and misaligned stakeholder expectations, keeping teams on task and unblocked.
• Provide occasional support on production issues, partnering with engineering and operations to triage incidents, clarify business impact, and help coordinate resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Define and validate acceptance criteria for delivered features & capabilities, leading and/or participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) and business demos to confirm that software meets stated business requirements before release.
• Develop and maintain a deep working knowledge of the company’s card network data integrations, merchant enrollment processes, transaction processing platform, and internal operational workflows to effectively represent business needs in development conversations.
• Break down large, complex product initiatives into manageable, independently deliverable pieces of work; facilitate story mapping sessions with engineering leads and stakeholders to sequence delivery logically.
• Support the Product Manager(s) in go-to-market planning activities, release communications, and cross-functional coordination as platform features approach production deployment.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in project management and wiki tools (Jira, Confluence) to ensure requirements, decisions, and roadmap status are accessible and current for all stakeholders.

Product Owner

DevOps Engineer

• Support and improve deployment pipelines to production and staging environments, with a focus on reliability, consistency, and reducing toil.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Kubernetes cluster and application-level issues, Docker containers, and Linux-based environments to support applications and services.
• Leverage Grafana, Prometheus, and Elasticsearch to monitor, diagnose, and improve system health.
• Build and improve internal tooling and automation to improve developer experience.
• Partner with development teams to address infrastructure and deployment needs, both planned and ad hoc.
• Maintain and improve AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Atlantis.
• Manage secrets and security operations with HashiCorp Vault.

Senior Site Reliability Engineer

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Data, Partner Management, and Operations.
• Define and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency maps; drive accountability against committed dates and quality bars.
• Identify, track, and proactively mitigate risks and issues; escalate appropriately and recommend trade-offs when scope, schedule, or resources require rebalancing.
• Drive intake, prioritization, and capacity planning processes — working with Product leadership to ensure the right work is sequenced against available resources.
• Own program-level reporting and status communication for executive and stakeholder audiences; translate complex delivery details into clear, decision-ready summaries.
• Manage cross-team dependencies with internal partners and external integrations (e.g., loyalty program partners), ensuring alignment on requirements, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
• Continuously improve project management practices, tools, templates, and processes.

Senior Product Manager

Customer Success Manager

• Oversee the customer journey for an assigned portfolio of accounts, from onboarding a new customer through ongoing support, with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proactively identify and address customer issues, leading to minimized churn. (Examples: missing tickets, accounts receivables, managing exclusions.)
• Respond to customer requests for support, guiding clients through product features and strategies to maximize the benefits they receive from our services.
• Communicate with clients to ensure they are realizing the full value of our services, thereby improving Net Promotor Scores (NPS)
• Identify opportunities within the assigned portfolio to introduce and upsell products (i.e. Cash)
• Work closely with the regional manager and sales teams to execute strategies that enhance the customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Monitor account health metrics and provide insights to leadership on portfolio status and renewal/conversion opportunities.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the internal teams to shape future offerings.
