Customer Success Manager

• Own a book of business as the primary post-sale operator and advisor
• Lead onboarding and activation, ensuring customers fully implement Revv into their daily workflows
• Drive adoption of core features tied to ROI and compliance
• Run structured business reviews focused on outcomes, not activity
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with AEs on growth and renewals
• Flag and manage risk early with clear action plans
• Feed actionable customer insights back to Product and GTM leadership
• Build repeatable playbooks that scale across segments

Business Development Rep

• Research and identify prospective automotive repair businesses
• Outreach to prospective customers - primarily via phone
• Schedule new business meetings with account executives
• Work closely with sales leaders to strategize on business development priorities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce and other tools
• Overcome objections, communicate Revv’s value proposition, and advance prospects through the sales process
• Ensure seamless client handoffs between the business development and account executive teams

Business Development Representative

Events

• Own the strategy, execution, promotion, and measurement of both in-person and virtual events.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to deliver high-impact events that support brand, demand generation, customer growth, and ABM initiatives.
• Travel will be required for some events (approximately 5x per year).
• Own the execution, promotion, and performance of webinars and virtual summits.
• Establish, track, and analyze event performance and engagement metrics, including pipeline and revenue impact.

Senior Events Manager

Product Analyst

• Establish foundational analytics practices, norms, and workflows across the organization
• Define and maintain core product metrics (activation, engagement, retention, funnel conversion, etc.)
• Create lightweight, scalable processes for measurement and insight generation
• Analyze product behavior and business performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Design and evaluate experiments and product changes (cohort analyses, pre/post analysis)
• Translate complex findings into clear recommendations for product and leadership teams
• Build and steward dashboards and self-serve reporting that teams actually use
• Create a “single source of truth” for key business and product performance metrics
• Help teams ask better questions by defining success metrics and measurement plans early
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to ensure instrumentation and tracking are accurate and complete
• Support teams with ad-hoc analysis and deep dives, balancing speed with rigor
• Communicate insights through concise write-ups and presentations tailored to different audiences
