About the role
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource department
- Act as the first point of contact for the company
- Complete projects and assignments within Recruiting, HR Operations and HR analytics
- Shadow professional development and training opportunities related to HRIS, recruiting & onboarding, employment law, employee relations, production HR, training & development and benefits
- Engage in HR Operations which may include: Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and Recruiting
- Participate in coaching and feedback from assigned mentors
- Assist with the coordination of employee engagement events
- Work with the HR Operations team to draft company-wide announcement and templates
- Assist with other HR projects as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Work, Outlook, Team, etc.)
- Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills along with heightened interpersonal skills
- Must be an active problem solver, skilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
- Must be a self-starter
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Detail oriented with excelled verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in Human Resources
- Strong organizational skills
