About the role
- help with some clean-up projects in Fixed Assets, AR, Unclaimed Property
- provide some hands-on experience in assets, cash and prep for an audit
- basic account reconciliations
- matching AR to Cash transactions
- reviewing Fixed assets and updating schedules as needed
- support Customer service and PHP Accounting team with unclaimed property
- preparing journal entries during month-end close
- assist with pulling, compiling, and uploading audit support for statutory and external audits
- ad-hoc requests from within and outside the GL team
Requirements
- Junior/Senior level Student
- Previous accounting internship
- Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
