About the role

  • Act as the Company’s primary representative overseeing assigned construction projects from pre-construction through completion
  • Exercise independent judgment in managing project scope, sequencing, timelines, and issue resolution in alignment with Company standards
  • Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality project execution
  • Monitor construction progress against approved scope, schedule, and budget, and proactively identify risks, delays, or deviations
  • Make field-level decisions and recommendations to resolve construction issues and keep projects moving forward
  • Ensure required permits, inspections, approvals, and regulatory requirements are obtained and documented
  • Review and confirm achievement of key project milestones, including ground-breaking readiness and phase completions
  • Own the customer experience for assigned projects by proactively managing communication, setting expectations, and addressing issues that impact satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for construction-related client communications, balancing customer needs with project constraints and Company standards
  • Support resolution of change requests, field conditions, and construction-related disputes in coordination with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, photos, and tracking records in Company systems
  • Represent the Company professionally and authoritatively on job sites and in all interactions with customers, contractors, and partners

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in residential construction, renovation, or remodeling environments
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing renovation or construction projects from start to finish
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects (typically 8–10 at a time)
  • Working knowledge of construction sequencing, permitting, inspections, and contractor coordination
  • Ability to read and interpret scopes of work, schedules, and construction documentation
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools, documentation systems, or construction management software
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, with the ability to travel to active job sites as required.
