About the role
- Integrate and manage game providers;
- Lead the onboarding of new partners;
- Ensure strategic game launches aligned with company objectives;
- Plan, execute, and analyze game campaigns and promotions;
- Oversee campaign setup and performance;
- Monitor results and prepare ROI reports;
- Propose continuous process improvements;
- Maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders (product, marketing, engineering teams and providers).
Requirements
- Advanced English fluency;
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in International Relations, International Business, Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration;
- Previous experience in account, product and/or project management;
- Analytical ability to evaluate performance data (using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Metabase) and adjust data-driven strategies;
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, prioritizing based on impact to company results;
- Strong organizational skills and a sense of ownership over deliverables;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ease collaborating with technical and strategic teams, clarifying priorities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Skype) and Google Apps (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet), as well as Zoom;
- Ability to execute integrated strategies with marketing, considering the impact on user experience.
