About the role
- Assist in managing a high-volume mass tort caseload.
- Review legal and medical records and identify relevant case facts
- Maintain organized and accurate case documentation
- Communicate with clients with empathy and professionalism
- Track deadlines and assist with case development under attorney supervision
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a legal case manager, legal assistant, or paralegal (mass tort experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of mass tort litigation processes and high-volume case management
- Experience reviewing legal records and medical records
- Ability to manage sensitive client matters with discretion and professionalism
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines
