About the role

  • Develop and execute co-sell GTM strategies with Adobe, Microsoft, and Sitecore field teams
  • Identify, qualify, and advance joint enterprise opportunities from early discovery through negotiation
  • Establish a consistent operating cadence with partner AEs (pipeline reviews, account planning, deal strategy)
  • Collaborate with internal sales, solutioning, and delivery teams to support partner-led pursuits
  • Drive opportunities into late-stage pipeline and through formal partner processes (e.g., SIPs)
  • Track, forecast, and report on partner pipeline performance and deal health
  • Continuously refine GTM motions based on what’s working in the field

Requirements

  • Carried a revenue or pipeline target in a partner-led or enterprise sales role
  • Built and executed co-sell motions with major platforms (Adobe, Microsoft, Sitecore, or similar)
  • Worked directly with partner field sellers—not just partner programs or marketing
  • A strong understanding of how enterprise deals actually move through partners
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity while driving toward concrete outcomes.
