- Supporting the account management team from project briefing, to execution + shipping
- Helping to manage tight timelines and exceed client expectations with attention to detail
- Supporting the creative team by checking in, consolidating and delivering client feedback, and keeping projects on track
- Contributing to a positive, innovative + collaborative work environment
- Ensuring all communications reflect Rethink standards and contribute to a positive client experience
