About the role
- Act as a business advisor and coach
- Review all operating reports and audits
- Analyze information and determine appropriate solutions
- Review restaurants' financial performance
- Identify opportunities to improve performance
- Work collaboratively with owners and managers
- Conduct regular financial reviews
- Ensure all new initiatives are effectively implemented
- Serve as a brand and business ambassador for Tim Hortons
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English
- Minimum 3 years of operational experience managing profit and loss (P&L)
- University degree in business administration, full-service hospitality, or a related field
- Strong business and financial acumen, with business development capabilities
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and information
- Strong, clear, and effective communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the region and flexibility with scheduling
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets provincial guidelines
