• Onboard new franchisees and assist with expansion site preparation, ensuring alignment with brand expectations and operational readiness.
• Utilize data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Complaint Ratio (ACR), Speed of Service (SOS), and Overall Guest Satisfaction (OSAT), developing insights to inform decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing data-driven action plans tailored to each franchise’s unique operational needs.
• Regularly review and discuss performance metrics with franchisees to identify areas for growth and develop strategies to achieve desired results.

Operations Partner

Marketing

• Responsible for supporting and growing franchisees’ sales, traffic, and profitability

Communications

• Serve as the communications advisor to the CEO, Executive Chairman, and other senior leaders
• Develop compelling executive narratives, talking points, speeches, op-eds, and written communications
• Prepare executives for high-stakes media interviews, analyst calls, and public appearances
• Own and drive RBI's external corporate communications strategy
• Lead media relations, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with journalists
• Proactively identify and monitor potential reputational risks across the business
• Own planning and logistics for RBI’s major corporate events
• Partner closely with Investor Relations to align corporate narrative with investor messaging
• Serve as the communications bridge between Corporate Affairs and the People team

• Conduct structured operational assessments across assigned restaurants
• Coach restaurant general managers (RGM) and leadership teams on critical drivers of guest satisfaction
• Observe service routines and deliver immediate, constructive feedback
• Track execution against bottom-performer routines and other operational frameworks
• Use guest satisfaction surveys, operations scores, and guest complaint data to identify underperforming restaurants
• Partner with restaurant leaders to implement action plans that directly improve guest outcomes
• Conduct follow-ups to verify progress and reinforce accountability

Manager

• Work closely with various teams to enhance forecasting, budgeting, and transparency of Non-People related costs across brands and corporate functions
• Proactively improve planning and reporting processes through automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Actively contribute to finance system enhancements and tool development initiatives
• Build best-in-class financial models from scratch and continuously improve existing ones to increase insight, quality and scalability
• Ensure all analyses are accurate, auditable, and executive-ready
• Monthly recurring activities: Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, plan (budget), and prior/future years and provide insights
• Prepare monthly review materials for executive management for both brands and corporate level
