• Participate in a dedicated orientation and onboarding session to learn RBI culture and restaurant operations
• Be matched to and own a strategic, high-impact project sponsored by senior leadership (areas include Marketing, Operations, Finance, Digital, Development, People, Procurement)
• Receive hands-on restaurant training to understand the core business
• Work with a buddy and project manager to get coaching, feedback, and mentorship
• Network via leadership lunch & learns and social events
• Present project findings and recommendations to department and senior leadership as a final deliverable
• Potential to convert to a full-time professional hire upon graduation
