About the role
- Build, maintain, and support the implementation of dashboards, metrics, and data visualizations that enable talent, engagement, and workforce decision-making
- Create recurring leadership reports and executive summaries with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and usability
- Use Python and SQL as core tools to automate reporting, clean and transform data, and support advanced analytics
- Analyze engagement survey results and other employee data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Execute end-to-end analytics work, from data extraction and transformation through final insights and visualizations
- Translate complex analytics into clear visuals and written summaries that highlight key takeaways and implications
- Run predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and ad hoc analytics
- Contribute to data-driven process design projects by analyzing current-state data and measuring outcomes post-launch
- Support Workday reporting as needed, including troubleshooting, validation, and partnering with HR Tech
- Coordinate data integrations and quality checks with One Model, Workday, and other HR systems
- Coach and support teammates on Python usage, automation approaches, and analytics best practices
- Contribute to data quality standards, documentation, and repeatable analytics processes
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or a related analytics role
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Python is required, including experience with data analysis, automation, and modeling
- Proficiency in Python is required
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures
- Experience building dashboards and visualizations in tools such as One Model, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Familiarity with Workday reporting or HRIS data; Workday Report Writer experience is a strong plus
- Comfort working with large datasets and improving data quality over time
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, well-documented work
- Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences through visuals and concise narratives
- Interest in using AI or automation tools to improve analytics workflows.
