About the role
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System, including user management, course assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting
- Maintain system integrity, ensure accurate data entry, and manage updates or integrations with other HR systems
- Monitor LMS performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience and engagement
- Partner with People & Culture leadership to design and execute a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Support the creation and curation of learning content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and blended learning programs
- Analyze learning data and metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements
- Lead and coordinate learning-related projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Develop project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships for learning tools and resources as needed
- Work closely with internal partners across departments to identify learning needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert for LMS functionality and best practices
- Provide training and support to employees and managers on using the LMS effectively
- Assist with administrative tasks for the People & Culture team, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance tracking
- Support People & Culture initiatives such as Leadership Development programming, Engagement Survey support, and event coordination
- Contribute to team initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational culture
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing an LMS (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Docebo etc.)
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles and adult learning theory
- Experience in developing learning strategies and programs
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems
