Manage and support technology implementation for the fiscally sponsored project teams
Support teams with migrating to a new managed services provider and manage ongoing vendor relationships
Oversee the rollout and adoption of a new cybersecurity program
Serve as the primary resource for day-to-day technology needs and troubleshooting
Manage the onboarding and offboarding of project technology
Play a liaison role between fiscal sponsorships team and operations
Assist with drafting, updating, interpreting operations and technology policies
Requirements
5+ years of experience in operations or related roles, ideally within nonprofit organizations
Experience managing and optimizing organizational systems, technology, and operational processes
Working knowledge of 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) organizational structures
Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce
Ability to learn and implement new technologies quickly and effectively
Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and manage multiple priorities across teams and timelines
Experience leading or supporting a document management system migration
