People Operations

• Manage the recruitment workflow from end to end, including defining job specs, salaries, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers/rejections
• Coordinate interviews and offers
• Oversee onboarding processes and documentation
• Help build our employer brand to attract top talent
• Promote team engagement and wellbeing, cultivating remote culture and healthy remote working practices
• Plan company events/retreats like Guru Gathering
• Facilitate feedback cycles (surveys, 1:1s)
• Organise seasonal and milestone celebrations (e.g. Christmas gifts, anniversaries)
• Support performance review processes
• Track development goals and learning initiatives
• Recommend training or coaching resources
• Maintain employee handbook and HR policies
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and liaise with external professionals when required
• Manage visa or right-to-work documentation
• Own the HRIS (HiBob)
• Manage time off, sick leave, and benefits
• Handle contracts, changes in terms, references, etc.
• Liaise with finance/payroll providers
• Administer employee benefits and budgets (training/conference/coworking budgets etc.)

People Ops & Talent Manager

Business Operations

• This is a varied and hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes.
• You’ll wear many hats—spanning compliance, IT/security access, vendor coordination, legal ops, and other operational needs.
• Report directly to Andrew Rogoff, one of our co-founders, and work closely with other team leads across the business.
• Support Revenue Operations on an interim basis: maintain CRM (HubSpot), build basic reports, and collaborate with founders and GTM leads to improve forecasting and attribution.
• Maintain compliance with GDPR, SOC 2, and related frameworks with help from external vendors.
• Manage customer security questionnaires and coordinate with internal stakeholders to complete them.
• Liaise with legal counsel on contracts, policies, and compliance matters.
• Work with People Ops on HR and disciplinary-related issues.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding from a systems perspective (access, permissions, documentation).
• Ensure PII and access controls are handled appropriately across tools.
• Help maintain vendor documentation (DPAs, SCCs, TIAs, etc.).
• Handle ad hoc IT and systems tasks (e.g. setting up email accounts or access for third parties).
• Take on operational projects across legal, HR, finance, or product.
• Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, HubSpot AI features) to help with documentation, reporting, and admin tasks.
• Review and interpret monthly management accounts provided by our accountant - spot anomalies, track spending trends, and support cost awareness across the business.
• Collaborate with founders and GTM team to support revenue operations: maintain CRM, create/clean reports and dashboards, assist with attribution, pipeline tracking, and basic forecasting.
