About the role

  • The VP leads strategy, growth, and execution of RTS’s SAP business, overseeing pipeline, revenue, partner alignment, and team leadership across the SAP portfolio
  • Works with sales leadership, delivery, and strategic partners to scale RTS’s SAP presence and integrate across ERP and digital transformation offerings
  • SAP Strategy & Market Positioning: develop unified SAP go-to-market strategy across all sales teams; advise field sellers; define SAP value proposition across implementation, AMS, advisory, and resale
  • Sales Execution & Revenue Growth: own a personal SAP sales target with $10M bookings in first year; identify white space; lead direct SAP sales for net-new business
  • Team Leadership & Capacity Building: oversee SAP sales and pre-sales with two direct reports; assess and grow capacity; hire Solutions Director; collaborate with delivery
  • Partner Ecosystem Engagement: strengthen RTS relationships with SAP America, SAP NS2; collaborate with SAIC, Accenture, Deloitte
  • SAP Business Expansion: expand RTS’s current $3M–$4M SAP business into larger share of $50M ERP modernization portfolio; pursue transformation-led engagements

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales or consulting experience, with a strong track record in SAP business development
  • Experience selling complex SAP solutions, including S/4HANA, AMS, advisory, and/or resale engagements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead revenue-producing teams and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Familiarity with SAP ecosystem incentives, funding programs, and alliance structures
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and executive presentation skills
  • Experience working with public sector entities and SAP NS2
  • Background in building or transforming GTM organizations within growth-stage or consulting environments
  • Advanced degree or equivalent business leadership experience
