About the role

  • Support the development, implementation, and improvement of PXO processes in the EMEA region
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure consistent standards and guidelines across EMEA
  • Liaise with PSS and promote cultural and cross-team collaboration
  • Handle individual requests and concerns from employees in the People Operations area
  • Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and reports
  • Analyze data and derive recommendations for action to improve the employee experience
  • Coordinate onboarding, change, and offboarding processes together with PSS
  • Organize and moderate virtual meetings and training sessions

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in PXO, HR, or people operations, ideally in international organizations
  • Very good written and spoken German and English; other languages are an advantage
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office
  • Intercultural competence and empathy
