About the role
- Support the development, implementation, and improvement of PXO processes in the EMEA region
- Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure consistent standards and guidelines across EMEA
- Liaise with PSS and promote cultural and cross-team collaboration
- Handle individual requests and concerns from employees in the People Operations area
- Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and reports
- Analyze data and derive recommendations for action to improve the employee experience
- Coordinate onboarding, change, and offboarding processes together with PSS
- Organize and moderate virtual meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in PXO, HR, or people operations, ideally in international organizations
- Very good written and spoken German and English; other languages are an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office
- Intercultural competence and empathy
