• Go-to-market execution: Keep our sales ops running cleanly, support founder-led sales into top Physical AI companies, and support our marketing efforts across socials and at industry events
• Business operations: Help us spend wisely through budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning, and build the lightweight systems and processes a fast-growing company needs
• Investor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors through structured updates and insights into company progress
• Market intelligence: Stay on top of a fast-moving industry and turn research into decisions the team can act on

Strategic Operations, Founder's Office

Engineer

• Run demos and onboard customers onsite and remotely, building engineer-to-engineer trust alongside our founders
• Take a messy customer problem and stand up a working proof of concept
• Be the most expert user of Rerun, and feed relay customers struggles back into the roadmap
• Coordinate with the team to make every POC and customer onboarding better than the last

Forward Deployed Engineer

Full-stack Engineer

• Own our Kubernetes operator: the control plane that provisions, configures, and manages Rerun Hub deployments
• Deep customer onboarding for new infrastructure requirements
• Ensure production reliability and scale through observability, CI/CD, incident response, and deployment experience
• Follow-the-sun on-call with the rest of the team
